1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all use of this website (https://ha.partners), and all transactions involving products and services offered by Ha Partners (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing the site or placing an order, you confirm your agreement to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, please refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.
2. Product Information
Ha Partners specialises in the manufacture and sale of high-quality end grain timber floor tiles and related architectural elements. While we endeavour to keep all descriptions, dimensions, specifications, and imagery accurate and up to date, they are provided for general guidance only and may change without notice due to the bespoke and natural nature of our materials.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise indicated. Prices include Japanese consumption tax where applicable, but exclude shipping, installation, or import duties. Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Orders and Lead Times
Orders are deemed confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Lead times vary depending on the product specification, volume, and material availability. Estimated timelines are offered in good faith but are indicative only and shall not be considered binding.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or provided via custom quotation. Ha Partners is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen external factors. Responsibility for goods transfers to the purchaser at the point of dispatch from our facility in Higashiyoshino.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Given the made-to-order and natural character of our products, all sales are final. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted. Returns will only be considered in cases of manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, and must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
7. Product Variation
Wood is a living, organic material, and our end grain tiles celebrate this natural diversity. Variations in colour, grain, and texture are not considered faults but rather a hallmark of authenticity. We do not guarantee precise matches between samples and final delivered products.
8. Installation and Finishing
Ha Partners does not offer installation services. We may provide product-specific recommendations for adhesives and finishes, but ultimate responsibility for performance rests with the installer. All materials and methods must be tested and approved by the customer prior to application.
9. Warranty
Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of dispatch. This warranty excludes any damage resulting from improper handling, installation, finishing, or maintenance, and does not cover natural wear or ageing of timber over time.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including but not limited to text, images, product designs, branding elements, and technical documents—is the intellectual property of Ha Partners and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ha Partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, project delays, or property damage.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nara Prefecture, Japan.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
